Activated carbon activation furnace video

The activated carbon activation furnace is composed of multiple systems such as the feeding system, the converter high-temperature heating system, the steam system, the flue gas treatment system, and the cooling system. The carbonized material enters the furnace through the conveying system for high-temperature heating. When the temperature reaches a certain level, a certain amount of water vapor is sprayed on the surface of the carbonized material to allow the carbonized material to form holes under high temperature. The finished activated carbon product is then ready for packaging and storage after being cooled by the cooling system.
