Activated carbon activation furnace video

XUYE Machinery recently completed the installation and commissioning of a hazelnut shell activated carbon production line in Turkey. The project is designed to process locally available hazelnut shells into activated carbon through drying, carbonization, activation, cooling, and screening.

Hazelnut shells are a valuable biomass raw material for activated carbon production. With the appropriate carbonization and steam activation process, the material can be converted into porous activated carbon for a range of adsorption applications.

This video shows the XUYE activated carbon equipment being installed and commissioned at the customer’s site in Turkey, including the rotary kiln system and related production equipment. Our technical team provides equipment installation, commissioning support, and process guidance to help customers establish stable activated carbon production.
